Staff and youngsters from Aberporth School’s Canolfan y Don special needs centre enjoyed a morning looking through the ‘Dillad Dwywaith’ used clothes rail at the village hall.
The initiatve – which aims to help families by re-using pre-loved clothes for free – was being filmed by S4C’s Heno.
One of the organiser’s Lisa Stopher said: “It was lovely to welcome the children and give them the message of recycling and re-using clothes.” The project has been so successful that it has temporarily had to put a halt to any more donations.
Dillad Dwywaith now plan to hold a fashion show in the village hall this spring.
The clothes rail is open to all for free at the country market held every Tuesday in the hall.
